From the BH/BLC dictionary

Encheesement:  The sprinkling of extra cheese onto one’s pizza.

Pepperification:  The sprinkling of red pepper flakes onto one’s Tortellini Caprese.

The BH is under the impression that Encheesement is a basic human right, whereas Pepperification is an optional one not subject to the Geneva Conventions.  What say you?

Really, I just have to say that BH and BLC sound like Cheri and Tom. We make up words for the state of things all the time by tagging “ation” or “ment” on the end of any word, e.g., when you want to be cuddled you might ask for “cuddlement” but when you’re getting cuddled it is “cuddlation.” Laura does it now too. Best not to tell anyone I told you this.

I’ve missed you and your clever blogation.

I’m going to have to say that pepperification should be considered a basic human right just like encheesemnet. While I don’t appreciate pepperification nearly as much, many people I love do and I’m speaking on their behalf. Some people really might die without pepper flakes on pasta.
