After only three days of doing 15 minute “A.M. Yoga,” my neck vertebrae popped, and I seem to have regained about two inches of height. Yikes. If I did a real session every day, who knows? I might accomplish what The Brain failed to do every night.

    Hahaha. I felt much more flexible when I did yoga. It really is good for you! I felt happier, too. More at peace. I took more in stride. Remind me why I don’t do yoga now?

    I tried doing yoga by way of vcr once…it’s hard to focus and meditate with your eyes closed, when you’re trying to see what she’s doing. Love the Pinky & The Brain reference!! You too can “Take Over the World!!!”
